So, many of us have had experiences of feeling lost. They are challenging and hard but there is such joy once we are found. And from that experience, we can help others who are lost to find their way through and experience in the incredible grace and love of God.

Even if an alcoholic in recovery is completely transparent about their recovery, no setting can be described as safe. And I know this because I feel that my recovery has been threatened in the church.
It was not the actions of one person that led to the atrocities of the Holocaust and the war. It was the action and inaction of those that would not speak up. It was the pride of a people who became convinced that they were perfect, who began to worship themselves.
Whether Luther intended to or not, his actions started the Protestant Reformation. He did not want to start a new church, but he did want to change and reform the system of the church. It was a system that was designed to profit off of those who were with no privilege and were oppressed. This is not unlike what we are seeing today with the protests happening around the US in order to bring awareness to racial justice.
